Making Home Made Seedless Black Raspberry Preserve

Personally, I heat the berries then squish & strain them through CLEAN nylon. A more efficient method is with a food mill: A round stainless steel pot with a long handle and tiny holes in the bottom. The crank attached to the handle smashes the pulp through.

Both methods are time-consuming. If you're like me, you probably have better things to do than smoosh fruit all evening. Thankfully, Tupelo Honey Café provides a high quality seedless black raspberry preserve - putting the prerequisite time and quality into their product.
